Wednesday’s Works In Process #1
For those of you who haven’t checked my Finnish postings, I originally set out a schedule to post twice a week. On Wednesdays I would post about the not-yet-finished work I had been working on the week in question (“KK”, or now in English, “WW”). On Sundays I posted about works I had finished the past week (“VV” which comes from Finnish “Week’s Finished”). As one of my goals in art for 2012 (I will post them later, hopefully tomorrow!) I thought I’d try and stick to that schedule.
So this week I’ve been working on a great many pieces: few Finnhorses, an Icelandic, a riding pony and Arabians. This piece is a blood bay Finnhorse mare which has been in the works for some time. As per usual, I was lazy and didn’t bother with taking a more recent screen grab, but she hasn’t progressed all that much.
Usually these postings are a bit dull, but I aim to give more info from now on. Next posting will hopefully be my “set of goals” posting, possibly tomorrow. If not, I’ll aim to post a couple of finished works on Sunday. So until then, keep making art!
